The rental amounts include all the services and taxes of the property such as: Expenses, Taxes, Electricity, Gas, Water, and depending on the department the Telephone service, Cable Television.
All the departments published in have been previously selected by our staff and all have the corresponding furniture and are equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils and linen.
Most of the departments that are published on this site can be reserved for minimum stays of 1 week except for exceptions where lower stays are allowed to be published on the page.

Temporary rental contracts cannot be extended, they have a start date and an end date. In case the guest wishes to extend his stay in the rented property, he must notify ENJOY MIAMI APARTMENTS as soon as possible to ensure that the property is not rented to another possible guest. The extension itself will force the preparation of a new rental contract for the desired period, subject to variations that may occur in the rate.
